Items may differ slightly from those pictured due to availability but where this occurs every effort will be made to ensure the item supplied is consistent with our standard of quality.
SPECIAL PURCHASES OR ITEMS MADE TO ORDER
Please note that items ordered specifically for a customer or made to order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
RETURNED GOODS
Items may be returned within 14 days. However refunds will not be given for goods that have been supplied cut by length or are considered not to be re-salable. A 10% returns charge may be made. No refunds or costs are refunded on original or return carriage.
COST of DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY on orders over *£150 in most UK areas. Post & Packing costs will be based on the weight and capacity of your order and the delivery area. It will be automatically calculated at the end of your order. You may cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process.
DELIVERY
Main Land UK despatch is by Royal Mail or Carrier on a 24 or 48 hour service as appropriate (weekends not included). However at busy times please allow 7/10 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that aerosols can only be sent by carrier at the higher carriage rate not by Royal Mail.
