NOTE FROM A HAPPY CUSTOMER:- I was pleased with the ease by which I was able to apply this sealer. I sanded and old wooden floor in my kitchen and applied two coats of this wax. Three months later I have spilled many liquids and cleaned away scores of muddy feet marks with a wet cloth. I am amazed - it still looks so good.

Fiddes Vita-Shine
Fiddes Vita-Shine contains a blend of natural beeswax and fine burnishing agents, designed to further increase the depth of sheen to any existing woodfinish. Smooth and creamy in texture, Fiddes Vita-Shine is exceptionally easy to apply, and exhibits excellent burnishing qualities on previously finished wood.
Fiddes Vita-Shine is recommended for reviving and restoring any original patina, removing dust and blemishes whilst leaving a silky lustre to further enhance the natural beauty of your wood.
Preparation
For use on previously finished or sealed wood.

Fiddes Table Top Polish
Fiddes Tabletop Polish is the most durable French Polish in the range, being manufactured from a mix of Shellac powder and Melamine. Transparent in appearance, Fiddes Tabletop Polish is easy to apply, combining a traditional Shellac finish with that extra degree of durability.
Preparation
Sand the wood in, working with the grain where possible. Start with a medium grade sandpaper (120 Grit), and finish with a medium to fine grade (180 - 220 Grit). Ensure all areas to be coated are free from grease and blemishes prior to application. Fiddes range of Shellac Polishes are ideally suited for application on top of Fiddes complete range of Wood Stains & Dyes.

Non abrasive rinse free formulation.

Naphtha Wood Dye
This is a classic oil stain offering strong even penetration. Ideal for use under Fiddes Shellac Polish. I also find this the safest stain to apply when touching up previously polished surfaces. Not recommended for use under cellulose based finishes. Rag or brush apply taking care to remove any excess stain prior to finishing with a clean lint free rag.
Colours can be created like an artist would use his pallet by mixing or thinning (using Naphtha thinners) to achieve the required colour. Approximate coverage14 sqr metres per litre. Clean brushes in Naphtha thinners and then mild soapy water.

Heavy French Polish
Popular for producing rich, warm tones, Heavy French Polish is a favourite amongst antique restorers and cabinet makers. Heavy French Polish is often used instead of a wood dye to recreate that amber, high gloss appearance so typical of many period antique finishes.

Sand the wood in stages, working with the grain where possible. Start with a medium grade sandpaper (120 Grit), and finish with a medium to fine grade (180 - 220 Grit). Ensure all areas to be coated are free from grease and blemishes prior to application. Fiddes range of Shellac Polishes are ideally suited for application on top of Fiddes complete range of Wood Stains & Dyes. Application: Brush / Rubber. NB.
