Having received my recent orders from you, I just wish to say thank you for such prompt and efficient service - especially the covered buttons which came within 4 days of my sending the fabric (the royal mail must be efficient too!).
Thank you also for your "tips of the month" on your web-site. The "surface buttoning" decided me on being the simplest way of finishing off my first attempt at renewing some conservatory furniture cushions - and it worked beautifully - they look great - and professional!
I also found the "using a web stretcher" very useful - I quickly completed the refurbishment of one old dining chair(again at my first attempt), and I'm looking forward to completing the other three soon! Thank you again.

Every year I deliver an Upholstery course for East Lothian Council. In my preliminary talk I am always asked "where can we get the 'stuff' we need". It has been invaluable to direct them to your catalogue.
