This is the very best, this needle saves time and labour, there is no need to remove the outside back of piece being tufted. A truly splendid craftsman’s tool.
It does not catch when it is withdrawn. After threading a button the end of the needle is loaded with clasps and as the needle reaches maximum depth the clasp is ejected.
